Since we posted our latest blogs on suitable venues for post lockdown lunch dates we have had quite a few phone calls from gentleman saying that they never knew that it was possible to have lunch followed by a couple of hours back at the lady’s place for some fun. Well, not only is it an option, I can tell you that lunch dates are almost as popular as dinner dates – especially as many of you have to be home by a certain time. As long as the format remains the same; two hours dining at a restaurant and two hours private time you can have a lunchtime, mid-afternoon or evening dinner date: the private time can be an incall at her place or back to yours. It is entirely your choice.
We are all familiar with that full sluggish feeling that comes after enjoying a three course meal, accompanied by bottle of red wine and it’s at times like this that the thought of a nap seems more appealing than bedroom gymnastics – trust me you are not alone in feeling like this! So, if you want to feast like a King then by all means enjoy your private time first, work up an appetite and then finish your date with a civilised lunch or dinner for two. Whichever way suits you the most we are here to accommodate your needs. We just want you to enjoy dining out and socialising after a year of stop start lockdowns.
If dining out feels too formal for you then as we mention in “Dinner dates at home – the new normal” blog post we also allow you to invite the lady over for a lunch or dinner date in the comfort of your own home. You either can cook for the lady and impress her with your culinary skills or order a take-away, chill out and talk before having some fun together. Quite a few of our gentlemen say that they enjoy doing it this way as they feel that it really defines the girlfriend experience for them.
A step too far?
Whilst we want you to enjoy a fabulous lunch date, there is a such a thing as a step too far and that is when you ask the lady to cook for you. Yes, this has really happened and the answer is and always will be a firm “no”. Hilarious I know, but some people really do like to try and get their monies worth or (more to the point) to feel like the lady is going out of her way to accommodate them. We want you to laugh, we want you get to know one another and to have a bloody good time, however, we do not want one of our ladies running around Waitrose and then stressing about what to make you for lunch or dinner; frankly it’s not part of her job.
As mentioned previously we have very happy to oblige with a lunch or dinner date provided in all the formats mentioned above but do not insult the lady by asking that she cooks for you.
Last but not least
Just for the sake of clarity, as this has happened before, 4 hours in a hotel room with a club sandwich and fries from the room service menu doesn’t fit our definition of a dinner or lunch date and will therefore be billed at the full rate for 4 hours of private time. Whilst a few chaps might think that it’s a clever way of getting more “private time” with the lady, but seriously, it just makes them look like a cheapskate trying to squeeze every penny out of their date. Not cool. Whilst all of our ladies are consummate professionals (in the best sense of the word) it really doesn’t pay dividends to behave like this. Fortunately this doesn’t happen that often as the vast majority of our clients are gentlemen but it shouldn’t be happening at all. So be a gent, make that restaurant reservation and then enjoy yourself with a few hours with one of our gorgeous girls.
